About us
Namal Knowledge City is one of the largest educational projects in Asia that will take center stage in redefining Pakistan’s knowledge trajectory. The first breakthrough event that marked its development happened in 2008 with the establishment of Namal University by Mr. Imran Khan. Today this haven of education is supporting students coming from 71 districts of the country. 93% of the students are on need and merit-based scholarships.

A border district between the province of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mianwali displays an interesting blend of cultures — Seven districts surround the region leading to a compound population of over 8 million people, for whom Namal University is the only higher education institution (within a 200km radius).
